Set up by Frances Dredge, Purple Pear aims to provide each client with the most rewarding and effective service that meets their specific developmental needs.

We draw on a range of experienced professionals including consultants, coaches, trainers and designers to get the best and most cost-effective results for each customer.

We believe that effective communication is a crucial factor in improving individual and organisational performance – through better customer relationships and a more engaged and informed workforce.
